Telcos use Fidelity’s ATM Cash Out

Two Telcos start cardless ATM withdrawal on Fidelity Bank MTN Ghana and Airtel Ghana have both started separate services that would allow their respective Mobile Money customers to make cash withdrawals from Fidelity Bank ATMs across the country. NCA concerned about delays in permits for Telcos

Ghana’s telecoms industry regulator, National Communication Authority (NCA) is worried that telecom operators are not expanding fast enough to meet the demands on their networks because of the laxity in the issuing of permits for telcos to expand.
